I just love picnics! And, now that the weather is turning warmer, it's time to start thinking about holiday weekends, sunshine, driving with the windows down, and picnic baskets! This meal is kid- and adult- friendly (seriously, those chicken nuggets give Chick-fil-a a run for their money!) perfect for a mid-week dinner at home, your next neighborhood get-together, or ballpark tailgate. These dishes are my traditional choices for our Fourth of July picnic, but I know we'll be serving them up all summer long! Use bandanas as napkins and mason jars as glasses and you're all set for a country classics day of fun in the sun...
