Gobble Gobble

Remember when I told you that I'd never made Thanksgiving Dinner all by myself?  Well, I thought you'd be happy to know that it was a huge success.  In fact, my husband told me that my dishes had too much flavor and that the turkey wasn't dry and flavorless, as he remembered it at his parents' house growing up.

I felt a little like Monica, from Friends, when she's hosting Thanksgiving and Ross wants her to make lumpy mashed potatoes since that's how their mom did it.  I must say, this year's Thanksgiving Dinner was the best I remember in many years!
