In honor of my recent trip to Canada, I found the recipe for the martini I had at Chateau Frontenac...
Combine the following ingredients in a shaker:
1 1/2 oz Malibu Rum
1/2 oz Chambord
1 oz pineapple juice
Shake for 15-20 seconds and strain into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry and blackberry skewer. Cheers!
My husband and I just visited the Quebec and had an amazing stay at the hotel. We found our self at the bar and I ordered a million dollar leg martini and fell in love. I look forward to trying your recipe to relive our snowy visit to old Quebec city!!
